Do you charge monthly?
Yes, if you want us to keep running and improving the stack. Ongoing operations usually land between $1,500 and $5,000 per month.
Is this just ChatGPT with a new name?
No. A contractor AI stack includes prompt systems, workflow logic, rules, memory, triggers, dashboards, and operator review points. It is built around the work.
Can I start with one agent?
Yes. Many owners start with a missed-call or follow-up agent, prove the gain, then expand.
Do you train public models on my company data?
No. Your company data is handled for your system and your workflows. We do not treat your data like public training fuel.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. The stack is built around your business, not around locking you into a black box.
Who maintains the stack after launch?
We can. That is the ongoing operations layer. We monitor the system, improve prompts, and ship better workflows as the tools change.
What if my team is not consistent yet?
That is common. We usually help tighten the process while we build so the stack has something solid to run on.
Do you only work with painters?
No. Painting is where our deepest product work lives today, but we build for many trades including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and more.
